After having chicken pillows for dinner, I served this Strawberry Fruit Dip for dessert with Cinnamon and Sugar Pita Chips.
1 cup frozen vanilla whipped frosting (I used Lite Cool Whip)
1 cup fresh strawberries, quartered
½ tsp sugar free strawberry/banana gelatin
2 cups cinnamon sugar pita chips
1. Stir gelatin mix into frosting until blended.
2. Transfer to 4 small serving bowls; top with strawberries. Serve with pita chips.
