I love this seven layer bars recipe. It reminds me of my childhood!
Ingredients:
½ cup butter
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup shredded coconut
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt the butter in a bowl and mix the graham cracker crumbs with the butter. Spread the crumbs/butter mixture evenly on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Layer the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over graham cracker crumbs. Pour the milk over evenly. Sprinkle the coconut. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let them cool and cut into bars.
This is a recipe I got from my grandma. Technically you should have walnuts in this recipe, but I don’t like them with walnuts.
