This frosting for Red Velvet Cake is delicious! If you don’t like cream cheese, you’ll probably enjoy this one much more!
1 c milk
4 tbs flour
1 c granulated sugar
1 c butter
2 tsp vanilla
Cook the milk and flour until it is thick. Set aside and cool completely.
Beat sugar and butter together until creamy. Then add the vanilla.
Add creamed mixture to the cooled flour mixture and beat until fluffy.
Spread over Red Velvet Cake.
