This is a soup recipe your family will enjoy, and it takes very little time and energy.
1 medium cauliflower
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
14 oz chicken broth
2 cups milk
Place the cauliflower in a saucepan with 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5-10 min until crisp/tender.
In another saucepan combine the soups, broth and milk. Heat through. Drain cauliflower and stir into the soup.
This soup recipe was pretty good. I think it may have been better if it was more made from scratch, but it was super fast and super easy. This is great for a day with very little time to cook. I also used frozen cauliflower because that’s all I had, so next time I will try fresh cauliflower.
