This stir-fry recipe with chicken is very easy and quick. I got it from the back of a Sun-Bird Stir-Fry seasoning mix package. Even my kids ate it!
1 lb. boneless chicken cut into strips
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tsp sugar
1/3 cup water
1 packet Sun-Bird Stir-Fry Seasoning Mix
2 tbs oil
1 red bell pepper
2 celery stalks- ¼ in slices
2 carrots-matchstick pieces
This is the package for the seasoning mix.
1. Blend seasoning, soy sauce, sugar, and water; set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil; add meat and stir-fry until browned.
3. Add vegetables; stir-fry.
4. Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute or until thickened.
I used peas instead of broccoli. I have also used an oriental veggie mix before with water chestnuts, sprouts, and baby corn. Yum!
