To cover GA standard:
S2E1. Students will understand that stars have different sizes, brightness, and patterns.
a. Describe the physical attributes of stars—size, brightness, and patterns.
I have a quick hands-on star activity that I received from my friend and teaching buddy Courtney Mulkey.
Red dwarf—very small, does not give off much light, cool
Yellow: medium size and medium heat
White dwarf: burning out, hot, but not bright
Blue: large, very hot, very bright
These can be hung from the ceiling for a daily reminder.
I also found this website that helps explain the size, color, and warmth of stars: http://www.kidsastronomy.com/stars.htm

PS: the colors of the stars would match the descriptions above, not the picture shown.
