This balsamic pork stir-fry recipe made a very nice meal. If you’re looking for a VERY quick and easy recipe to make after a long, hard day, this one is for you!
1 lb. pork tenderloin cut into thin strips
2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
1 ½ c sliced carrots
1 c sliced mushrooms
1 can (8oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
½ c vinaigrette
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
Stir Fry pork tenderloin in 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette in a large skillet until browned. Remove from pan. Stir-fry carrots, mushrooms, and water chestnuts in ½ c vinaigrette and hoisin sauce until veggies are crisp-tender. Add pork, heat through. Serve with rice.
