This is a super easy to make double chocolate chip brownie recipe. I would think most people would have all of these ingredients ready in the cupboard, so any time you have a craving grab this recipe!
Ingredients:
2 cups milk chocolate chips
½ cup butter
3 eggs
1 ¼ cup flour
1 cup sugar
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and butter. In a large pot over low heat, stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Add eggs, stir well. Add flour, sugar, baking soda, and vanilla. Stir well. Stir in the rest of the chips. Spread in the pan and bake 18-22 minutes.
I actually used a 9 x 11 pan, so my bake time was a couple of minutes longer. You can also add nuts, but I don’t like nuts in my brownies. When the brownies are done, I like to sprinkle powdered sugar on top, but frosting would also be good if you have a major sweet tooth like me!
