Chicken Tacos Recipe
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 lb. of chicken breasts cut into strips
½ tsp garlic salt
8 tortilla shells
Tomato cut into slices
Shredded cheese of your choice
- In a large pan, cook chicken in coconut oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Stir and cook until chicken is cooked through. I like to put a lid on once in a while, and that way the chicken breast cooks, but doesn’t dry out.
- Lay out tortillas. Sprinkle some cheese, top with lettuce and tomato. Add chicken to the tacos and enjoy!
